First of all, I love all of the lawyer jokes. I have always said that lawyers are just crooks in suits. They make their living off of the mistakes of others. They are one of the reasons that consumers pay higher prices for everything.

What a joke! First, the NAACP, ACORN, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, etc. cried, complained, and whined that blacks could not get loans because they were black. Now that banks have made loans to them, the poor blacks were charged higher rates.

That's just great. Let's make it easier to sue the companies that are left in this country. Our elected officials already have fat pockets (and purses) from all of the free trade agreements. Now they can stuff their jackets (and bras) from law firms that will benefit from the litigation.
Auburn AD: Tuberville's resignation a surprise

I believe Tuberville did an outstanding job during his ten years at Auburn. He had a very impressive win percentage against top 10 teams, and a six year winning streak against Alabama. The recruits that he brought to Auburn were good athletes on and off of the field.
